The Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our high-performing UK & Ireland B2B team, focused on expanding brand presence and unlocking new commercial opportunities across the Midlands/North region. You’ll be the face of our brands, building relationships with dealers and resellers in B2B channels, to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
➡️Manage the ‘Sell In, Sell Through, Sell Out’ process for our clients’ products through aligned distribution and reseller partners.
➡️Create, manage and close opportunities with your designated distribution and reseller partners.
➡️Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
➡️Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute brand strategies.
➡️Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
➡️Deliver against ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
About You
✅Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
✅Ability to achieve measurable sales goals.
✅Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
✅Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
✅Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
✅Energetic, self-starter with a positive attitude, morale, and work ethic.
✅Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
✅Experience of CRM, Microsoft Office Suite
