Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Bristol, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities across Wiltshire, Hampshire & SW London, developing client relationships, and implementing growth strategies. Day-to-day tasks include market research, sales pitch development, maintaining client accounts, and collaboration with the marketing team to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in business development, sales, or related fields (preferably Soft Facilities Management sector)
• Strong knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis
• Ability to develop and implement growth strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Experience in grounds maintenance industry is a plus
