We’re hiring a
Business Development Manager to grow our customer base across the UK and Europe. This role is all about new business - starting smart conversations and closing meaningful deals.
Based in Normanton, England you’ll have full ownership of your pipeline. You’ll work across Road, Air, and Ocean freight, offering flexible, tailored solutions for every client. No lenghtly sign off process. No red tape. No politics. Just clear goals, commercial focus, and space to get results.
What’s your impact?
- Win new clients: You’ll go after businesses across the UK and Europe. Your goal: bring them on board.
- Sell across Air, Road, and Ocean: You’ll offer tailored solutions - we’re not in the business of one-size-fits-all.
- Own your pipeline: From first contact to closing, this is your process to run. You’ll keep things moving and keep the team informed about your progress.
- Focus on margin: You’ll be measured on gross profit - we’re more interested in quality than noise.
You’re Probably a Good Fit If
- You’ve worked in freight forwarding or logistics sales and know how to close.
- You’re confident working independently and managing your own time and targets.
- You communicate clearly and professionally - without overcomplicating things.
- You bring energy, structure, and a people-first mindset to how you work.
