Market Financial Solutions (MFS) is a leading independent bridging finance provider based in the United Kingdom. With a strong presence in the market, we specialise in offering fast and flexible bridging loans and buy-to-let mortgages to our valued intermediaries and clients.


Role Purpose:


To play a pivotal role in identifying and developing business opportunities with new or existing clients & intermediaries from the bridging/buy to let space. This is an exciting new role that sits under our key accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for generating their own HNW & UHNW VIP client leads and visiting these clients and brokers to promote MFS products with a view to generating significant business growth.

Loan Origination & Funding

  • Proactively source and originate property loans, vet and onboard new brokers, borrowers, and introducers, ensuring alignment with MFS policy and appetite.
  • Build and manage relationships with introducers and clients to drive conversion, repeat business, and lending growth.
  • Assess and structure deals in line with credit policy, providing relevant information to underwriting and supporting loan decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and ensure effective pipeline and diary management to achieve annual lending targets.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to strengthen the MFS proposition.

Communication & Relationships

  • Act as the main point of contact for introducers and borrowers, providing clear guidance throughout the loan process.
  • Represent MFS at industry events, meetings, and presentations to enhance brand awareness and generate new opportunities.
  • Deliver reports, updates, and market insights to management, supporting business strategy and continuous improvement.



Role Requirements:

  • 3+ years previous experience within business development for a property finance lender or broker.
  • A demonstrable track record of achieving lending/sales targets within a lending environment.
  • Excellent relationship and origination skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Competent in terms of initial deal assessments, assessing loans vs current criteria & appetite.
  • Excellent time management and ability to manage own diary of appointments.
  • Excellent pipeline management and progression skills.
