The Role:

  • Drive New Business: Research and target potential clients in key industries, build a strong pipeline and close new accounts.
  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to decision-makers, understanding their talent needs and positioning Pro-Force as their recruitment partner of choice.
  • Hit and Exceed Targets: Own monthly and quarterly revenue goals, develop creative strategies and action plans to maximise sales conversion.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with our operations and delivery teams to ensure excellent service and seamless candidate placement.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor regional trends and competitor activity; feed insights back into our wider strategy.
  • Report and Improve: Maintain up-to-date CRM records and produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.


Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven B2B Sales Expertise: Track record of hunting new clients, negotiating contracts and consistently hitting sales targets.
  • Industry Know-How: Ideally you’ve worked in recruitment or staffing, or you’re a quick learner with strong commercial acumen.
  • Relationship Powerhouse: Outstanding verbal and written communication; adept at building rapport at all levels.
  • Analytical Mindset: You turn market data and performance metrics into smart, executable plans.
  • Tenacious and Self-Starter: You set high standards, manage your own time effectively and refuse to settle for ‘good enough.’
