Business Development Manager – High‑Growth Logistics Startup

A rare chance to build a brand-new fulfilment startup from the ground up. We’re looking for a commercially sharp Business Development Manager with strong project delivery experience (PRINCE2 highly desirable) to lead the launch of a fast‑paced logistics venture.

This role blends strategy, hands-on execution and operational ownership — perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to shape something truly new.

⭐ What You’ll Do

Lead the full setup of a new order‑fulfilment operation from concept to launch.
Build project plans, budgets, timelines and manage multiple workstreams.
Design fulfilment processes and work with logistics partners to ensure efficiency.
Manage WMS/fulfilment system selection and implementation (WMS experience a bonus).
Act as the link between operations, tech partners and leadership.
Drive commercial decisions, KPIs, cost control and continuous improvement.
Report directly to ownership and help define long‑term growth strategy.

🎯 What You Bring

Proven background in project management within logistics, fulfilment, warehousing or supply chain.
Startup or scale‑up experience.
Confident leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making under pressure.
Strong understanding of operational workflows.
Nice-to-have: WMS/platform implementation experience; knowledge of UK logistics; PRINCE2/Agile/PMP.

Hybrid role based in west London
Standalone position with strong growth potential.
Occasional travel as needed.
