Business Development Manager — Digital Transformation

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 base + Commission (OTE £100,000)

Were looking for a commercially-minded Business Development Manager to help us drive new business and shape the future of a fast-paced digital consultancy.
This is a high-impact, consultative sales role working directly with founders, technical experts, and a supportive account management team. If you enjoy building relationships, solving complex business challenges, and working across exciting areas like AI, software, CRM, and digital platforms — we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Own and develop the full sales pipeline — from qualification to close
✔ Lead consultative conversations with SME and mid-market clients
✔ Promote a range of digital services — CRM, ERP, AI, websites, custom software
✔ Collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored proposals
✔ Track pipeline progress and help shape sales strategy
What We’re Looking For
✅ 2–5 years of B2B sales experience — ideally within consultancy, digital, or tech
✅ Comfortable discussing technical solutions with non-technical stakeholders
✅ Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding targets
✅ Proactive, confident, and commercially driven
✅ Based in or near the East Midlands — hybrid working
