Business Development Manager – New Business Focus
Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in office, flexible)
Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 + Commission Based Bonus

The Role
We are seeking a driven, self-starting Business Development Manager to lead new business development initiatives. This role is critical to expanding our client’s footprint by securing new logos and opening doors with OEMs and direct retail clients. This is a permanent position with a primary focus of new business.
You will be selling projects end-to-end — locating opportunities, pricing, delivering client proposals, and driving deals to close. Frequent client travel and face-to-face engagement are essential.
