Location - Wokingham ,UK (5 days Weekly Onsite from Office is mandate)
Job Type - Permanent
Position Overview:
This role is designed for individuals with a strong background in direct sales, particularly as a sales hunter, within the software services and OEM space. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leveraging your expertise in digital technologies, data analytics, AI, machine learning, and business intelligence to deliver bespoke solutions for clients. The role also requires excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to drive business growth and successful software solution delivery.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 10 to 12 years of direct sales experience in software services, with a proven track record in sales hunting and managing client accounts in OEM or technology consulting environments.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business, managing key accounts, and delivering complex software solutions in the digital transformation and analytics space.
- Experience in identifying new opportunities and expanding revenue streams through upselling and cross-selling of software services.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of software development and digital technologies, including data analytics, machine learning, AI, and business intelligence solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, data management platforms, and enterprise software architecture.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Additional certifications or training in data analytics, business intelligence, digital project management, or software development are beneficial.
