We are looking for a Business Development Manager for one of our customer who has an expertise in:-
Qualifications:
Experience:
· 10 to 12 years of direct sales experience in software services, with a proven track record in sales hunting and managing client accounts in OEM or technology consulting environments.
· Demonstrated success in generating new business, managing key accounts, and delivering complex software solutions in the digital transformation and analytics space.
· Experience in identifying new opportunities and expanding revenue streams through upselling and cross-selling of software services.
Technical Skills:
· Strong understanding of software development and digital technologies, including data analytics, machine learning, AI, and business intelligence solutions.
· Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, data management platforms, and enterprise software architecture.
Interpersonal Skills:
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proven ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
· Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
· Additional certifications or training in data analytics, business intelligence, digital project management, or software development are beneficial.
Employment type:- Permanent.
It would be fully onsite working in Reading.
