Key Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and other business leaders to understand their training needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, tender responses, and marketing materials.
- Attend events and networking opportunities to promote our courses and build the company’s profile.
- Make outbound sales calls and monitor incoming leads, with a view to converting them into business opportunities.
- Update our CRM system with all client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Any reasonable requests from the management team.
Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant industry experience, including selling apprenticeships.
- Educated to Upper Secondary level or equivalent.
- Proven track record in business development, preferably in the education or professional services sector.
- Proficient with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid understanding of apprenticeships and how businesses can leverage the Apprenticeship Levy is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and be.
