About The Role
As our new Automotive Fleet Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and retaining our fleet business across the UK. Working remotely and supported by a well-established team, you’ll develop strategic relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored vehicle solutions to businesses of all sizes – from local SMEs to national fleets.

About The Role
As our new Automotive Fleet Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and retaining our fleet business across the UK. Working remotely and supported by a well-established team, you’ll develop strategic relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored vehicle solutions to businesses of all sizes – from local SMEs to national fleets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively seek and secure new fleet business opportunities in both public and private sectors
- Manage key accounts and nurture long-term client relationships
- Understand customer needs and offer bespoke multi-brand solutions that drive real value
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Deliver impactful presentations and negotiate commercially sound agreements
- Track your performance and share insights with leadership on progress and pipeline
- Proven success in fleet, B2B automotive sales, or business development
- Confident communicator and skilled relationship-builder at all levels
- Commercially astute, target-driven, and motivated by success
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when needed
- A professional, customer-first approach aligned with our core values
- OTE up to £70,000 with uncapped commission potential
