We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Wanstor. In this pivotal role, you’ll take the lead in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping drive revenue growth across our portfolio of managed IT services.

What You'll Do
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across our target markets.
- Build meaningful relationships with prospects and clients through consistent and proactive outreach.
- Deliver high-quality sales presentations and proposals that communicate the value of Wanstor’s solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and needs analysis through to deal closure.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align solutions with customer needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams on lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ensure the sales pipeline is always up to date.
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and tenders with compelling and tailored responses.
- Contribute to revenue and margin growth by meeting or exceeding individual targets
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
- A consultative approach with the ability to translate customer needs into IT solutions.
- Confidence and credibility when engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and tracking pipeline metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with strong time management.
- A hunter mindset—self-motivated, proactive, and always seeking the next opportunity.
