Our client, a leader in payments solutions, is seeking multiple highly motivated Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join their growing team. This role is focused on driving business growth and expanding market presence through proactive, high-volume sales activity.
No prior FX or financial services experience is required -what matters most is a proven track record in fast-paced, target-driven sales environments such as recruitment, estate agency, SaaS, or tech sales.
In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships, and executing strategies to maintain a competitive edge. A strong drive to hit targets, resilience in handling objections, and the ability to navigate gatekeepers are essential.
Collaboration is key: you will work closely with a Relationship Manager and receive mentorship from the Sales Director, giving you the support and tools to succeed.
