The Role
This is a global Business Development Manager position, focused on developing and expanding commercial opportunities across the dyes market, working with customers, distributors, and partners internationally. It also includes managing existing business
You will take ownership of identifying, nurturing, and converting opportunities—operating early in the sales cycle and building a robust, qualified pipeline. Internally, you’ll work closely with marketing, technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from first engagement through to delivery.
This is not a high-pressure “numbers at all costs” environment. It’s a role for someone who understands relationship-led growth, commercial discipline, and the value of doing things properly.
