Role: Business Development Manager - Gamechanger Farming
Reporting to: National Sales Manager - Finishing Team
With exciting expansion plans in place, Gamechanger Farming is looking to recruit an additional field-based sales member to the Northern territory, to cover North Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cumbria.
Gamechanger Farming, part of ABP UK, offers security and consistency to farming businesses across the country. Our integrated Aberdeen Angus beef supply chain model continues to expand and consistently provides solutions across the board from dairy farmers through to beef finishers.

Role Responsibilities:
- Cover the territory as required selling weaned calves.
- Support with onboarding of new farms into the Gamechanger model.
- Collaborate with the wider Gamechanger team, and industry partners.
- Highlight opportunities for business growth.
- Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism.
About you:
- Agricultural network is essential.
- Be familiar with the beef supply chain.
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
- High attention to detail and record keeping.
- Background in agricultural sales/advisory capacity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Travel outside of territory to suit the needs of the business.
This role requires a consultative sales approach, and opportunities to develop your skillset.
