Key Responsibilities:
- As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company’s reach.
- Engage with decision-makers to identify needs and opportunities for IT and ICT services and products.
- Self-manage your pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders in the IT/ICT industry at both the C-level and the operational level.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven UK experience (5+ years) in business development or sales within the telecom industry, specifically in IT and ICT sectors.
- Strong understanding of the telecom landscape, including emerging technologies and trends in the UK.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue and business growth.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
