Job Summary:
Senior Sales Executive focusing on the MedTech, Life Sciences and professional services industries, with a proven track record in solution selling across various domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, and Field Service.
Bonus: 100% OTE - Uncapped Commission
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company.
- Your primary responsibilities will include the market approach & identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the adoption of new strategies when integrating new technology into our sales processes.
- You will work closely with various business lines contribute to the overall success of the sales team and wider market unit.
- Lead client meetings, understand and address client needs, coupled with your expertise in the ERP industry, will be key to achieving our business objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the MedTech, Life Sciences and Professional Services sectors and become the recognise SME within the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Broader marketing collaboration with such activities as research, industry trends, social posts / blogs. Promoting / attending events, webinars as well as other company related activities.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Contribute to the long-term success and stability of the team through effective succession planning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the clients.
Travel and Hybrid Working

We continue to offer our customers onsite consultancy time if requested, so flexibility around travel and overnight stays is expected, dependent on the project requirements. Onsite time is planned ahead of time, within 2-week blocks, so you know well in advance where you will be working.
We encourage those in customer-facing roles to aim to come into the office at least once a month. The location is usually coordinated within each team for team meetings, but you can work from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo office regularly if you prefer, whichever suits you.
