✅ Interview, hire, and onboard new sales talent
✅ Deliver training and performance coaching
✅ Support deal closing and sales strategy
✅ Track KPIs and manage CRM accuracy
✅ Conduct monthly performance reviews
✅ Contribute to strategic sales planning and team development
