Location: Covering Scotland and the North (North West, Yorkshire, North East)

A Top 10 accountancy firm is seeking a strategic and driven Regional Growth BD & Marketing Manager to join their Market & Clients team. This role offers the opportunity to lead regional growth initiatives, working closely with Partners and Directors to deliver go-to-market strategies, manage key accounts, and coordinate local campaigns and events. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and supporting business development across multiple service lines, with a particular focus on the Scottish market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of regional growth strategies
- Drive business development activity across target accounts and sectors
- Lead and deliver local marketing campaigns and events
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the region
- Manage PR relationships and internal communications
- Measure ROI and report on progress
