What Makes This Role Exciting
We’re on the lookout for a motivated, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performing sales team.
Whether you’re bringing prior sales experience or taking your first exciting step into the world of business development, we’ll give you the tools, training, and mentorship to succeed
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with your assigned Account Executives (AEs) to create smart strategies for target accounts and regions
- Research and identify high-potential prospects within global HR, Payroll, and Finance departments
- Schedule well-qualified meetings that lead to impactful conversations and pipeline growth
- Track your progress and performance metrics to consistently hit and exceed targets
- Leverage our sales tech stack—including CRM and outreach platforms—to stay organized and productive
- Partner with the marketing team to follow up on intent data and warm leads
- Share your wins, insights, and learnings with your BDR Team Leader through regular updates
Experience Needed For This Role
- A background in sales or customer service—you’re confident speaking to people and building connections
- Comfort using CRM tools—you know how to stay organized and track your progress
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal, with the ability to make a strong first impression
- Relationship-builder—you’re someone who can quickly earn trust and keep conversations going
- A natural problem-solver and negotiator—you listen well and offer smart solutions
- Great time management—you know how to prioritize and stay on top of tasks
