We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the next stage of our growth. What we need now is an energetic BDR who can accelerate our growth through lead generation and prospecting activities that feed our sales pipeline.
This position is perfect for someone looking to start or advance their career in business development within the software development industry. You'll need excellent communication skills, a hunger to learn, and the drive to build relationships with potential customers.
About the role
As a BDR at Leighton, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential enterprise customers in the software development consulting space. You'll work closely with our Senior Business Development Managers to generate high-quality leads and set up meetings with decision-makers. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn about the challenges facing CTOs, CIOs, and software engineering teams, and who can effectively communicate how Leighton's services can help solve their problems.
