Your Career

This role is offering the opportunity to build advanced knowledge of MHR’s products, systems, and processes while developing strong lead generation and prospecting skills. Based on performance, this position offers a clear pathway into a marketing or sales role, allowing you to progress your career and become a key contributor to MHR’s growth. You’ll gain hands-on experience in prospecting, nurturing leads, and creating a meaningful pipeline for the business while developing transferable skills that will support long-term career growth.

Your Team

You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team that works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product colleagues to drive business opportunities. As a key team member, you’ll not only generate leads but also champion best practices, share insights, and support the wider team with your growing product and system knowledge. Together, you’ll work towards ambitious goals, celebrate success, and continuously refine approaches to prospecting and lead generation in the global market.

Your Impact

In this role, you’ll drive MHR’s growth by generating high-quality leads and building a strong sales pipeline. You’ll prospect across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for the Sales team. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product, you’ll refine messaging and targeting while keeping accurate records in the CRM. Your success will be measured by exceeding KPIs and the value you bring in creating opportunities that support MHR’s global growth, while also championing security best practices.
