Role

Who you are

  • We’re looking for someone with 12+ months' experience in an outbound B2B sales role or similar
  • You are motivated by exceeding activity and performance targets, with a drive for success
  • You have a proactive and driven mindset, constantly seeking creative ways to drive results
  • You have experience using sales tools like Hubspot & SalesNav or comparable tools
  • You’re passionate about Welcome to the Jungle’s mission to help companies attract, engage, and retain talent
  • You are a team player and self starter who can motivate those around you with positivity and camaraderie
  • You embody our core values and demonstrate them in your approach to work
  • Prior experience at a start-up or tech company is a bonus but not essential

What the job involves

  • You will research and identify potential clients for our Account Executives in the EMEA market, qualifying leads through thoughtful and personalised outreach
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to book high-quality meetings with senior decision-makers
  • Represent Welcome to the Jungle’s value proposition passionately and clearly to prospects
  • Nurture potential leads and guide them to become fully qualified opportunities
  • Use a multi-channel approach, including email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and video, to engage prospects effectively
  • Track your progress and keep detailed records of activities in Hubspot & Apollo
  • Share insights on market trends and feedback from prospects to inform company strategy
  • Demonstrate creativity and adaptability in crafting outreach strategies that stand out

Application process

  • Exploratory call with Ben (Staff and Operations) to understand your motivations and what energises you (30 minutes)
  • A cold call role play with Maisy (BD Team Lead) where you'll gain interest and book in next steps from a prospect (that will be shared with you beforehand) (30 minutes)
  • Task & Skills Interview: a two-part process involving a take-home task to be presented in a Skills interview with Maisy and Jack (Commercial Director) (1 hour)
  • Values Interview with Caroline (UK Country Manager) to discuss what you would bring to the role, how you would embody our values, and any final questions from you (45 mins)
