Business Excellence Manager to join our UK & Ireland team on a fixed-term basis and help shape the performance and effectiveness of our commercial operations.
This is a strategic role where you’ll lead sales force effectiveness initiatives, optimize field force planning, and drive data-informed decisions that elevate commercial impact.
Your Impact
- Lead analysis of sales performance, customer engagement, and field activity to identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive territory alignment, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies in partnership with Sales and Marketing
- Design and manage incentive compensation schemes that are fair, transparent, and aligned with business goals
- Deliver high-quality reporting and insights using CRM and secondary data sources (e.g., IQVIA)
What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales force effectiveness, data management, or commercial operations, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills and a forward-thinking mindset
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience working in a global pharmaceutical or biotech company
- Familiarity with secondary data sources
- Exposure to regional collaboration and cross-cultural environments
- Additional qualifications in sales operations, data analytics, or business intelligence
