Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst – Remote (UK)

Location: Remote, with optional access to ISS or client sites

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 per week

Division: Professional Services & Technology

ISS is a global leader in facilities management, delivering engineering, cleaning, security, catering, landscaping and tailored workplace solutions across the UK and internationally. We proudly support Virgin Media O2 with integrated FM services across their full property portfolio.

We are now seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to help drive data-led decision-making across this high-profile contract.

About the Role

As our BI Analyst, you will take the lead in designing, building and maintaining Power BI solutions that transform complex data into meaningful insights. You’ll work directly with stakeholders, define KPIs, automate data processes, and help shape how Business Intelligence evolves across ISS—including opportunities to work with emerging tools such as Microsoft Fabric.

Key Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to capture and refine business requirements
Design and build Power BI dashboards with strong UI and clear insights
Define data requirements and develop automated end-to-end ETL processes
Build KPI measures to support performance visibility
Maintain Power BI products, including workspace and licence management
Manage continuous improvement and change requests
Produce user guides and deliver training
Contribute new ideas to enhance performance and BI best practice

What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience in BI or business analysis (FM/operations experience desirable)
Expert in Power BI for modelling, cleansing and visualisation
Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Ability to translate raw data into actionable business insights
Experience collaborating across teams and stakeholder groups
High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Growth mindset with interest in Microsoft Fabric / Power Platform
Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
