Account Overview
OpenMind was recently awarded the ZEUR assignment for Nestle Europe. With 47 countries, +450 team members, and regular new product launches, the account is looking for a Senior Associate Director to provide data management for the North Cluster.
OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
As a Senior Associate Director within the Data Management team you will lead in the development and automation of data and dashboarding solutions for Nestle. This is a hands-on role, and you will be responsible for managing and delivering various projects for client reporting. We need a creative, experienced and motivated individual to help lead in the development of dashboards and build cutting-edge solutions that are fit for purpose and use the latest technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboard fully onto the OpenMind platforms & integrate with all key stakeholders
- Design, develop and maintain dashboarding and cloud solutions; Troubleshoot issues with GCP and Power BI.
- Be responsible for maintaining and developing Nestle’s end-to-end data management process. This includes (not an exhaustive list) – data governance, data architecture, data automation, data quality management, security and reporting
- Represent the data and reporting needs of the UK, Ireland, and Nordics markets in any global BI solutions to ensure they are fit for purpose.
- Ensure alignment between platform data and Power BI solutions to maintain data integrity and build trust in the data for business decision-making purposes.
- Provide support and collaborate closely with the Naming Convention Lead to protect the integrity and value of the data being ingested into platforms.
- Ensure we are delivering agency best practice across data management areas such as the cloud and data security.
- Become the trusted point person of your client peer level.
- Work closely and agree objectives with your director to ensure constant progression.

Essential:
- Solid experience with SQL on cloud platforms or SQL server: All cloud platforms will be considered, with a preference for GCP
- Solid experience working with dashboarding tools (Power BI preferred); experience with enterprise or paginated reporting tools such as SSRS or Power BI Report Builder is a strong advantage.
- Strong client facing skills, with the ability to explain the complex clearly and simply
- Experience working with digital marketing and/or web analytics data.
- Experiencing working with tools such as: Jira, Confluence
- Has worked in a technical team that use Agile, Scrum methodologies and tools such as Github/Gitlab
