The marketing industry often grapples with incomplete, inconsistent, and siloed data, with access primarily through APIs and FTPs. - Managing BI team (based in Manchester) to develop bespoke data solutions, ensuring the highest standards in business intelligence and data visualization delivery, while supporting the performance, training, and development of junior members.
- Champion data engineering and BI excellence by translating complex data opportunities into clear business value, actively increasing revenue through BI product adoption, and continuously integrating new trends and technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions
- Collaborate effectively with planning teams to translate business specifications into precise technical requirements for implementation.
- Design innovative data solutions and develop compelling proposals, presenting these effectively to clients and for new business opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by developing and executing queries, and validating the accuracy and completeness of data.
- Develop, and maintain robust dashboarding solutions using Power BI, including troubleshooting and optimizing performance.
- Maintain an expert understanding of digital advertising and ad serving technology (e.g., ad serving, vendor ad servers, web analytics, attribution), pursuing advanced accreditation where relevant.
