We’re looking for a
Business Intelligence Lead to drive our organisation’s BI strategy, leading a talented team to deliver scalable, impactful data solutions across all business sectors. What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver our Business Intelligence strategy, aligning with wider business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable BI solutions and data models.
- Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and data products using Power BI, Fabric, Power Apps, Power Automation, and AI tools.
- Work with senior leaders to define BI priorities and embed analytics into day-to-day operations.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of quality, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure robust data governance and a consistent approach to BI delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in BI leadership, analytics, and solution delivery in a complex corporate environment.
- Expertise in Power BI, SQL, Fabric, and data preparation tools (Python or similar).
- Skilled in translating business needs into clear, visual, and actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and engage non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing and developing data professionals.
- A delivery-focused mindset, capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-rich environment.
