Description

We’re supporting a leading international pharmaceutical & consumer healthcare organisation in the search for a Business Intelligence Manager. This role is key to driving insights, forecasting, and analytics that shape strategy across commercial, medical, and marketing functions.

Requirements:

Must have Pharma experience

What you’ll do:

Develop and deliver BI strategies aligned to business goals
Lead forecasting, revenue planning, and sales force effectiveness (SFE)
Build dashboards & reports in Power BI / Tableau
Provide insights to support omnichannel engagement & digital strategy
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and sales teams

What we’re looking for:

Strong BI / Analytics background (Power BI & Tableau)
Proven experience in pharma, OTC, or dermo-cosmetics
Commercial mindset with experience in forecasting & market insights
Knowledge of UK pharma/consumer environment (ABPI a plus)
