Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager, located in Birmingham. The Business Manager will oversee daily operations, manage financial performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing budgets, conducting market analysis, and coordinating with various departments to optimize dealership operations. The role also involves leading and motivating the team, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining high standards of service.

- Experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Birmingham
