About The Role
As our Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team and enhancing the overall customer journey. You will be responsible for:
- Presenting finance and insurance options to customers after they’ve been qualified by the sales team
- Ensuring all financial and insurance information is shared in a clear, accurate, and compliant manner
- Supporting daily sales activities and helping drive the team toward performance targets
- Taking part in first and second-facing customer interactions
- Collaborating with colleagues to offer vehicles (new or used) alongside a suite of add-on products including finance, warranty, paint protection, and insurance
- Always aiming to deliver an outstanding, customer-focused experience
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks
- Experienced in relationship-building and confident in negotiation
- Able to communicate clearly (both verbally and in writing), with a strong focus on customer needs
- Proactive and able to work independently while also contributing to a team
- Hold a full and valid UK driving licence
You Should Also Have
- Previous experience in a business or sales management role
- A strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
- A genuine passion for customer service and a problem-solving mindset
