Position Summary

As a Business Operations / Business Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the One Samsung B2B CoE team’s day-to-day operations. You will collaborate closely with all team members to streamline processes, optimise reporting and internal collaboration, and support the achievement of One Samsung B2B Goals. You will work closely with key internal partners across HQ / RHQ / EO / Subsidiaries to manage the creation and distribution of key business reports and strategic updates as well as driving internal communications. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Role And Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
Communication:
- Act as the lead and focal point for internal reporting processes and collating business updates to inform decision-making at all levels of the One Samsung B2B organisation. Lead communication to/from HQ .Inform and follow-up with CoE partners pan-Europe.
- Align with regional and global BMs to achieve operational efficiencies that highlight One Samsung business status, OS agenda, action items, CoE engagement and more.
Service!
- Understand & develop B2B service channels standard methodology in conjunction with HQ and EO Subsidiaries.
- Establish relationship with ECSO to design B2B service & operational models.
- Gather experience on existing service contracts that may be useful for OSS business.
BI & Data Analysis!
- Collect, structure and analyse B2B business data (i.e. internal sales, BO pipeline) by Sub, GBM and vertical on regular / ad-hoc basis.
- Provide accurate, timely and consistent data/analysis/presentation to CoE team and business partners on regular basis.
Programme Management
- Support HQ / RHQ / EO CoE team in their day-to-day business activities, OS B2B queries and projects in the areas of marketing, sales, service, business development, OS B2B expansion etc.
Business Performance Monitoring:
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (critical metrics) to track the effectiveness of OS B2B operational processes and initiatives.
- Translate HQ standard methodology to local teams.
- Regularly monitor performance metrics and identify corrective actions as needed.
- Provide and exchange OS business updates with BMs cross-division and cross-territory.
Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and develop strategies to streamline sales operations & increase efficiency.

- Hard skills/experience required – essential/desirable ] Degree, qualification in MS Suite & Knox suite. Customer service accreditation.
