This role is fixed term for 12 months to cover maternity leave.

We’re recruiting for a Business Support Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term basis. You’ll be part of the Work Planning and Operational Support department, which is responsible for efficiently co-ordinating and scheduling maintenance and repair activities across the organisation's housing stock, including care and support projects. The team ensures that resources are allocated effectively to meet service delivery targets. The department provides administrative and planning services to ensure our customers receive a timely, high quality service. They also play a key role in monitoring performance and optimising workflow whilst supporting compliance with health and safety and regulatory standards.
We are looking for someone who is a highly organised, detail-oriented individual, who is passionate about making a real difference in people's lives. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem solving and co-ordinating resources and offering support to the team to ensure our customer receive a high-quality service.
Whilst training will be given, we are looking for someone who has proven experience developing and implementing policies, procedures and service standards. A large part of the role is analysing and clearly presenting complex data to diverse audiences. You will have a strong knowledge of landlord compliance across Gas, Electrical, Safe Water, Lifts and Asbestos and a track record of successfully leading projects. Excellent IT skills are essential to support effective data management and service delivery.
This position provides a competitive salary, the option for agile working with an agreement that two days can be worked from home and the other three from our new offices in Clifton, and is full-time between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
