Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Business Solutions Consultant with expertise in the Card Acquiring domain. This role will lead end-to-end solution delivery by collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, value-driven IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify challenges and deliver effective IT solutions.
- Translate business requirements into actionable documentation (business cases, use cases, test plans, etc.).
- Drive solution strategy from planning to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Act as a liaison across business, program management, and engineering teams throughout the SDLC.
- Support launch, adoption, and feedback cycles for continuous improvement.
- Ensure scalability, internationalization, and adherence to technical constraints.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and trade-offs between scope, cost, and resources.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current systems and define future-state architectures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in the Card Acquiring domain (mandatory).
- Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of IT architecture (mainframe/off-host, MS tools, etc.).
- Experience balancing short-term support with long-term strategic planning.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
