We are seeking a dynamic individual to provide business support to the Countywide Community Reablement Team, whose main focus is providing care and helping people to live as independently as possible and giving people choice and control in what they do. The day to day activities of the team out in the community, are managed through a mobile phone App and your main duties will involve downloading reports from the App and then liaising with managers to check and correct any anomalies. You must be able to work at a high level of accuracy, as you will then record this information for inputting to payroll software, to ensure the staff are paid appropriately each month.
Associated tasks will include using electronic systems to maintain and record data, so a good working knowledge of MS Office applications is essential. Your duties will require you to work to strict deadlines and on your own initiative, so you must have good organisational skills and have good self-motivation. You will be dealing with sensitive staff and customer information, so you must be aware of following GDPR and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
You will be working as part of a wider Business Support team, with colleagues who provide business support to other reablement teams in districts across the county and you will be required to provide cross cover as and when necessary. The working arrangements of this post, are working 6 hours per day Monday to Friday. You will be required to attend the office on 2 days per week.
Disabled applicants who meet the essential shortlisting requirements will be guaranteed an interview. A job share scheme is available for all full-time posts: both permanent and temporary, unless otherwise stated. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and we expect all staff to share this commitment and undergo appropriate checks.
