Job Description
We are seeking a dental professional with experience in coordinating campaign activity in dental patient management software (SoE/Dentally/Carestack) with an interest in marketing, CRM and communications.

What You’ll Do
Applying your expertise in SoE, you will work with our marketing and treatment coordination functions to implement consistent patient communications across our network of clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up email and SMS campaigns in Exact/Campaign+ using templates provided by marketing.
- Build lists and reports with specific campaign parameters.
- Personalise templates to ensure consistency in patient communications, treatment plans, categories and pricing codes across existing and new clinics.
- Monitor and update web set-up for online booking to ensure accurate diary and code alignment ensuring all clinics are open for on-line booking.
- Management of set and forget routines in Exact and Campaign+
- Liaise with Practice Managers to ensure effective briefing and deployment of communications.
- Maintain a consistent cadence of communications, recalls and appointment confirmations and follow-ups.
- Generate performance reports to track communication and recommend actions to improve effectiveness.
About You
- You will previously have held a role in dentistry such as a nurse, TCO or Practice Manager.
- Proficient in SoE PMS with practical experience in Exact and Campaign+
- Understanding of treatment coordination and the patient journey.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently deliver on time.
- Strong communications skills with excellent written English.
- Attention to detail and a good eye for good digital layout and design.
- Self-motivated and collaborative with a proactive mindset.
