Müller Milk & Ingredients which aims to be Britain’s private label dairy leader and produces branded and private label fresh milk, cream, butter and ingredients products. It boasts a network of dairies and depots servicing customers throughout the country.

Müller Yogurt & Desserts which is the UK’s leading yogurt manufacturer which aims to create millions more Müller moments for its consumers. It is responsible for major brands like Müller Corner, Müllerlight, Müller Bliss, Müller Rice, FRijj and Müller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.

We are currently looking to recruit a Business Support Facilitator to join our Severnside department within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business.

The purpose of this role is to deliver value added processes that support the site teams to deliver targets and continuously improve performance

Salary: Competitive

Contract: Full Time/Permanent

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (9-5)

Location: Severnside

Business Support Facilitator Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for the site, carrying out reception duties as required
  • Payroll and HR administration; time/attendance and holiday recording
  • Supporting of site people processes
  • Processing PO’s and reconcile invoices
  • Ordering uniforms and PPE – responsibility of managing stock control and distribution
  • Daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reporting
  • General office and facilities management including the co-ordination of hospitality when required
  • Responsible for ensuring site communications are kept up to date i.e. notice boards/newsletter distribution
  • Investigation into credit control claims
  • Assisting in planning and preparation of site events
  • Deputising may be required in instances such as annual leave
  • Assist with delivery of site inductions and induction processes

Experience/Key Skills We Are Looking For

  • Communicate with all contacts in a professional manner
  • Administration experience – confident using MS packages
  • Team player
  • High level of attention to detail
