The purpose of this role is to work within a comprehensive range of systems to provide a responsive service to customers and ensure the provision of timely and accurate information to relevant team members in support of the Care Pathway process.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality administrative support through efficient organisation and communication.
A key part of your role will involve managing enquiries and referrals to the Wellbeing Service, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and appropriately.
You’ll handle telephone enquiries in a professional and supportive manner, helping to maintain clear communication and timely service delivery. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing filing and archiving systems, and ensuring the secure handling of confidential information.
You’ll coordinate meetings, support collaboration across teams, and help streamline day-to-day operations. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach are essential for success in this role.

You’re a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident and professional telephone manner. You provide great customer service and build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients alike. You thrive both independently and as part of a team, managing your workload effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. With a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism, you maintain accuracy in all that you do. You’re have strong I.T. skills, including use of Office 365 tools and apps, and willing to learn the use of different systems. Ideally, you bring experience from a busy office environment, are comfortable working with databases, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in administration.
