Business Support Officer | 9302 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £25,583 to £25,989 per annum | Grade D | Bowthorpe, Norwich
We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated, proficient and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to our busy team within Children’s Services.
This is an office-based role.
You will be required to work closely as part of the Support Team and with the Operational Team. Effective operational support is a vital element to the success of Independent Statutory Service, Assurance & Practice.
This post ensures a focused, consistent operational support service to managers, staff and clients.
You Should Be Able To Demonstrate The Following Skills
- Excellent ICT skills, including Excel, Word and the ability to learn in-house database systems.
- Excellent telephone manner essential.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to deal with people at all levels.
- Ability to organise meetings and organise people to attend
- Work well within a team environment.
- Awareness of data protection and information management.
You will be part of a well-established, supportive team and full training will be provided.
