We are looking to appoint a Business Support Officer to work in our busy school offices. The post also includes 30 minutes a day lunchtime support.
The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive staff team and will work closely with the School Business Manager and Business Support Officer in providing effective administrative support for both schools.
As the first line of contact for parents and visitors, you will need to have the necessary interpersonal skills and warmth to make all stakeholders feel welcomed and valued whenever they visit or contact school.
Duties Will Include
- Assist in providing an effective, flexible and responsive administrative support service for the schools.
- Provide a friendly, professional reception service to all visitors and callers.

Previous experience of working within school administration is desirable, but not essential.
