Business Support & Recruitment Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and general business administration. This role requires exceptional discretion, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll have a varied role, involved with:

• Supporting day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with recruitment campaigns, including candidate sourcing and screening.
• Learn and develop skills in talent acquisition, end-to-end recruitment and business support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and excellent service.
• Assist with handling sensitive information, acting with discretion at all times.
• Assist with projects and employee engagement initiatives.
• Serve as an approachable and professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

This role may initially be office based with a view to becoming hybrid, working a minimum of 3 days on site and 2 days at home per week.
