Job Description
We are looking for a Business Support Team Leader to lead a team of co-ordinators to deliver their objectives and meet KPI’s, with regular 1 to 1’s, clear goals and a ‘one team’ mentality.
Your main responsibilities:
- Delivering all functions within Business Support, prioritising a variety of tasks. This includes working with depot managers, Credit Serve and other teams external to Head Office
- Coaching and managing the Business Support team through working with NISA colleagues and gaining feedback from customers weekly.
- Working with the in house legal teams to produce improved contracts, terms and conditions and an overall better experience for the customer.
- Driving continuous improvement in processes through developing new ways to gather information from the sales teams.
- Support Central Operations group, including working closely with the Communications, Marketing and Store Development teams.
- Work as one team with the New Business team to drive growth on the year, adapting my teams’ priorities and objectives accordingly.
- Producing data for the Board of Directors to show up to date metrics and data, including the ongoing work driving the new SLA’s I have put in place to cut time and costs.
- Running the day to day office tasks and assisting any visitors to Head Office who need support.
What we're looking for:
- You must have previous managerial experience, but it is not esstial from a retail/business support background
- You must be proficient with Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to manage a team, and drive success
