Position Summary
As part of the software development team within the Financial Crime Solutions group, you'll play a key role throughout the development lifecycle. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that complex requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and implemented.

2 days a week in the London Office.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and technical goals into actionable items for the development team.
- Write and maintain user stories and features, lead refinement sessions, and manage story prioritization.
- Track progress on features and adjust scope or direction as needed throughout development.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
- Clearly articulate requirements to developers and explain technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify dependencies and potential risks associated with new features or system changes.
- Collaborate on the design of software solutions, offering input on technical feasibility and impact.
- Advise business stakeholders during the rollout of new tools or services.
- Act as a subject matter expert for escalated support issues.
- Ensure acceptance criteria are met by reviewing test plans and product functionality.
- Help manage compliance and auditing requirements, including PCI standards.
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience as a systems analyst or similar role.
- Strong skills in business analysis, documentation, and gathering technical requirements.
- Solid grasp of architectural concepts and systems design.
- Proficiency in agile delivery practices, especially SAFe, Scrum, or related frameworks.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Hands-on knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with API design (JSON/XML) and testing tools like Postman.
- Understanding of development technologies including Java, CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (AWS, Azure, PCF), and microservices is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and an ability to work independently under pressure.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
