About the Role

We are looking for a Buyer to join our fast-paced procurement team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail, great organisational skills, and a keen interest in technology distribution.

As a Buyer, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring that the right products are in stock at the right time. You’ll be responsible for placing purchase orders, managing supplier relationships, monitoring inventory levels, and resolving supply issues quickly and effectively. You’ll also support the wider business with accurate product data entry, timely contract processing, and efficient handling of returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with needs.
• Continuously develop product and market knowledge.
• Monitor stock levels and manage reordering to maintain supply.
• Ensure buy-in deals are executed and receipted on time.
• Ensure support contracts are raised with purchases.
• Attend supplier meetings and trade events as needed.
• Track and resolve supplier credits and outstanding RMAs
• Proactively escalate supply risks or performance issues.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure PO accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Works closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Product teams.
• Builds strong, lasting supplier/vendor relationships.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing.
• You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, this is a must for this role.
• Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes.
• Analytical skills

Desirable:

• Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software (ex: ERP, CRM)
• Experience in the technology and/or within the channel
• Desire and commitment to sustainability highly desirable
• Knowledge of Titan products and services
