About the Role:
Typically 5 days in office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.
We are looking for a Buying Coordinator to join the Home Furniture team. This is a varied role which will mean working with different team members across the week.
In this role, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks:
Sample & Swatch Management: Coordinating physical samples and swatches, including tracking, unboxing, preparation, and distribution for new developments and team sign-offs.
System & Data Administration: Managing product data and progress within key systems, ensuring all information is accurately attributed and updated.
Imagery & Trend Support: Assisting with the collection and organisation of digital imagery from suppliers and ensuring it is correctly uploaded to the system.
Meeting & Selection Logistics: Preparing for and supporting a variety of meetings, including updating critical pre-meeting documents.
Progress & Workflow Tracking: Providing administrative support to track product progress, ensuring items are correctly ticked off in the system, and managing key deadlines and dates.

About You:
While you'll receive on-the-job training, it's essential that you're independent, intelligent, and confident in communicating with a wide range of people.
You will be using a variety of systems so strong IT skills will be advantageous; experience of Excel is required and knowledge of Google suite would be beneficial.
