Principal Accountabilities
- Produce 2D drawings and 3D models
- Print out limited numbers of drawing to facilitate to collaborative approach on site
- Collect information and consolidate it
- comply with project quality procedures
- be able to react to delays which could impact the overall programme
- create detailed documented records and maintained them to ensure clarity of the process and outcomes
- inform on the progress of the work allocated
- help to the resolution of issues
- establish and maintain effective working relationships with the site teams
- identify issues and escalate to the manager
- use SET model and drawing management system, tools and procedures
- Commit to use the project BIM standards

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- 3+ year's experience in design, drafting and/or construction working in a drawing office
- Knowledge of current 2D and 3D tools: AutoCAD, Civil 3D
- Knowledge of orthographic projection, plans, sections, elevations & details
- Knowledge of drawing revision/issuing control and procedures
- Be able to interpret sketches from engineers to produce working drawings/models
- Accuracy, tenacity, diplomacy, results-oriented and a team player
- good presentation skills.
- good communication/interpersonal skills
- good English language skills - oral and written
- Discretion - able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information

Desirable
- Understanding of Contract Management, particularly NEC
- Experience of developing technical solutions, with design decisions validated through design interface.
- Membership of a Professional Institute leading to Chartered Status is an advantage
