The Role
We are seeking a CAD Technician to support our faade remediation and intrusive survey projects across a variety of building types. This is a full-time, permanent position based in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing technical drawings, supervising intrusive surveys, and ensuring project documentation and design solutions meet client, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The Role
We are seeking a CAD Technician to support our faade remediation and intrusive survey projects across a variety of building types. This is a full-time, permanent position based in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing technical drawings, supervising intrusive surveys, and ensuring project documentation and design solutions meet client, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, reviewing, and processing design drawings, survey reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinating intrusive surveys, ensuring correct methodology, on-site execution, and supervision.
- Reviewing specifications against client, safety, and technical requirements, including compliance with Building Regulations and sustainability standards.
- Interpreting and analysing survey data to support faade remediation proposals and design solutions.
- Liaising with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to communicate project findings and recommendations.
- Staying up to date with relevant Building Regulations, fire safety guidance, and industry best practices.
- Maintaining accurate records and document filing.
- Part II or Part III architect qualification.
- CAD experience within the construction or building envelope sector.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and produce technical drawings and survey documentation.
- Previous experience in faade remediation, building envelope works, or building surveying (preferred).
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Construction-related degree or equivalent qualification (desirable).
- High IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, CAD software, Revit, and Procore.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
