We’re now looking for an experienced Tekla CAD Technician to join our collaborative and high-performing team in London.


🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in delivering CAD drawings on large-scale UK and international projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Undertake work in 2D design (surface modelling), or 3D design (solid modelling)
  • Use designs to help prepare cost estimates on projects
  • Prepare dimensional drawings, construction drawings and more complex drawings
  • Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes, in collaboration with your team, supervisors and other external parties to ensure consistent documentation of the project
  • Review plans, specifications and other documentation and maintain notes and other documentation for future reference
  • Establish filing guidelines for drawings to maintain up-to-date drawings


🧠 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings technical experience and ideally, you’ll have:

  • Competent in using Tekla and experience on major infrastructure, transportation or energy projects, both in the UK and internationally
  • 5+ years' experience working within design and drafting teams
  • Some knowledge of Eurocodes and other relevant national and international industry standards and procedures
  • Exposure to Reinforced Concrete Detailing advantageous
  • Strong problem solving abilities, analytical and numeracy skills; highly results orientated
  • Able to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met whilst maintaining high quality work
  • Strong team working to contribute to and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Competent in using some or all of MS Office Programmes, AutoCad Suites, AECOsim and Revit
