Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Call Centre Advisor to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone, providing information on our energy-saving products and services, and booking appointments for our field team. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in generating interest and building customer trust.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information on our renewable energy solutions
• Assist customers with enquiries, quotes, and order processing
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and lead generation
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with the team to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction

Essential Skills and Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred
• Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient mindset a plus
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Note: This role offers uncapped commission, with realistic on-target earnings of £35,000–£45,000 per year for high performers.
